[Solved] i3 slow to start programs

Gnome terminal takes ages to load, I am convict this is not supposed to happen lol.

Anybody experienced something similar?

Edit: the same behavior with gedit and firefox too. take about 30 seconds to launch.
I have no idea what might be.
